i have been trying to figure out why i have not got a refund. i made a deposit on 6/30 to clerk of courts they have returned it to jaypay and i still have not received a refund. it was for 100.00. please advise on when i will be getting refund. the deposit was for ellis houston for court order payments which were returned to jaypay two weeks ago if not longer. joelynn rolseth
