Purchaced tablet not mailed after release from DOC

I was released from the custody of the FDOC in Jan 2021 . In June of 2020 all inmates who had purchased tablets from Jpay for 200.00 were required to turn in there tablets and were issued free tablets so that everyone would have one upon release we were to be issued an unlocked tablet from J pay . I have sent 4 e-mails with no response written letters with no response You know I am beginningt to believe that User's recommendation: DO not use Jpay.
