Very mistreated customer seeking justice

1

I walked into 5001 SPID Corpus Christi Texas 78411 location with two friends, all three of us were trying to buy a new pair of sunglasses. My Hispanic friend with tattoos on his face was wearing a brand new pair of boots when we walked in. We were harassed and followed every where we went. We were trying to find glasses that fit our faces when Cynthia Cordona walked up and told us we were not allowed to look at the glasses and basically ripped them out of our hands. She then told the cashier to put the sunglasses away and referred to him as Julio when his actual name was displayed on his name tag saying Angel. He told her his name is not Julio. She then proceeded to accuse my friend of stealing the boots from the store and told us to leave. When we asked why, she said have a good day and walked away from us. I contacted the store manager Nina and when I asked for a reason she laughed at me through the phone saying that Cynthia is also Hispanic insinuating that she wouldnt harass another Hispanic person. None of us were allowed to purchase sunglasses. I am disgusted with the way we were treated and something needs to be done about this. User's recommendation: Stay away from This location.
