The driver wouldn't allow me to get in the car until I showed him my ID and now Im account is disabled!! Ive been using Uber for years and this has never happened to me. No one has contacted me about the issue, nor has anything been sent to my email for me to be addressed about the issue. The gentleman was rude and unprofessional and once he realized that I was offended he then decided to apologize as I was getting out. I have never had this happen to me and not have the situation resolved. I dont have a desire to use Uber after this experience. User's recommendation: I don’t plan to recommend any future customers.
