Repeated very late driver arrivals

This has happened frequently. I enter the address Where I need to go. App then shows options for the class of car I may choose with time I will be dropped off for each option. After Id pick option and connecting you to driver begins, app tells me my driver will arrive LONG AFTER time I was told I would be delivered. Happen again today, but this time I got driver cancelled notice after 10 minutes of waiting. New driver to arrive much, much later. Really? Had to cancel. You might be charged a fee. Cmon! User's recommendation: Beware if you need to be on time!
