We booked a reservation for 430 on Saturday afternoon on June 19th and waited 1/2 hour just to even be seated. (Why did we need to make a reservation) After being seated We asked the manager several times if we were forgotten because no one appeared to be coming over. It took over an hour for the cook to even show up. We were totally disappointed that it took almost three hours before we were able to complete our meal. If you were that short of staff, you should not take reservations and limit the number of reservation according to the number of staff you do have to make customer have a wonderful experience. The whole dining experience was unpleasant and should not take three hours. User's recommendation: Do not over book. It’s not all about the money. Looking at other tables they were in the same situations.
