This hotel is a complete scam refused to let me check in because I have medical service animals and I do believe in order to check in you would need to recieve a key and I most definitely did not. Then they marked me as I was checked in so they could process payment and are refusing refund.DONT RESERVE A ROOM DONT STAY THERE. CROOKS TOTAL SCAMS. HORRIBLE STAFF. User's recommendation: Don't reserve a room don't go there scam . Horrible service.
