made reservations at econo lodge in Eutaw Alabama .. When I arrived at midnite I was told my room was given to someone else , then I was told my room had problems with the floor boards being rotten .. After making reservations and having confirmation # , I was disregarded as a problem . I booked through choice Hotels and no help was available there either User's recommendation: do not depend on your reservation being held or guaranteed.
