My card was never declined per your complaint dept even the store representative said it was.. Upon delivery she was as rude as I never have seen or heard before in my 60+ yrs. Upon leaving she said *** you *** as I closed the door. Which I requested to knock and leave. No need for her to wait for me to answer the door. Horrible experience. User's recommendation: Call your bank if they say the transaction was declined.
