I had money added to my Facebook pay which my net spend card ending in 3649 was the card connected to my Facebook pay, so friend added $30 and $50 on April 14, 2021, and I have not had access to the funds bc card is on hold or something due to me not knowing the pin which I never set. I need my money off my card. How do I get it? The phone number to contact net spend does not work, just goes in circles through the automated system. I have called numerous times in a row in a day for the last week and half and cant get through, phone is just silent for 10 mins & repeats. User's recommendation: I would NOT recommend.
