No agents willing or able to pick up the phone. American canceled our flight and want to reschedule next day... Problem is we have a connecting flight with American today. Priceline has not reached out and not able to help. American points you back to Price line as that is where the reservations were done. Absolutely unacceptable. User's recommendation: Don't use a third party, work directly with the airline.
