I was told when I opened my new Athleta card the clerk said make sure you watch for our 20% Friends and Family coupon. My sister received hers and I waited a few days for mine which I never received. So I called customer service and the lady I talked to was rude, had me on hold 12 minutes, to tell me only certain people are picked to get it:-(. Nice!!! Maybe you should tell the people that work for Athleta not to mention to new customers!! Cant believe you pick and choose who get it!! I will be paying my bill and closing my account! I spent over $740 already in the last month. User's recommendation: Telling new customers the correct information only certain ones get a discount!
