I ordered a necklace on March 14 and it looks like it was sent out on the 19th and we still havent received it. I received a letter from Saksoff 5th with the above claim number saying that you dont accept Saks loyalty cards and to call customer service. So Im very confused and now worried about my package. Today the customer service woman said I should call back tomorrow if it doesnt arrive today. This is 40th anniversary gift from my husband so hes definitely not happy. User's recommendation: Be careful ordering online.
