I have now called the number you give for your customer service 4 times, making sure I got it correct and that number is for Medicare Advantage plan. I am now a pissed customer. And I bet "Other" email category does not even get read. I bought 6 items from you and was very happy with 3 of them. One dress is too big and I somehow ordered two pair of the same shoe in the same size that are too small. I have been in and out of the hospital the last 4 months, finally had the strength to try the items on, been clicking around to find out how to return the 3 that do not fit and just want to return them and get a refund.
