Talked with customer service 5/18/2020 about having received a defective trimmer #GMT155----the young lady understood the defective problem and offered to replace my trimmer, she gave a conf.#701850****----I gave my email address and my mailing address----I have yet to hear anything about my replacement trimmer----no email from Conair with any details of any kind-----the replacement trimmer has not arrived at my home------WHY??? Please call me with information 864-487-**** as to when my trimmer will be here!!! User's recommendation: Think twice before using anything CONAIR!!!!!!
