NIve called more than 20 times about a property I looked at. This property was filthy and not rental ready, I was told someone would call me back and they would get things fixed and cleaned. It has now been 45 days, no call back and nothing has been with the property. I was promised a callback from a local contact named Jerrica, she was very nice but never has called, I have called her cell phone numerous times but still no call back. User's recommendation: Do not do business with this company!
