The customer service calls were polite and helpful, but it was a long and hard fight of a process in order to get the urgent matter correct. And everyday that I called I was getting the same results or answer after being told that the matter at hand would be handled the next day for a week which made it more frustrating every day that it wasnt. But once I got in touch with the corporate which was a hard task it finally gotten done and wasnt really explained the whole reasoning behind that because they sent out the people to investigate the problem asap and the technician said it would only take a couple of hours to fix as long as they approve the contract well the approval took over a miserable week in a hot Texas weather with a 5 year old with bad sinuses that causes nosebleeds when he is to hot and dry that I had to deal with through duration of the wait and was noted in every call. But after all the scares and to know that he hasnt had another episode since the repair which I feel like that the company had to know it was broken before we moved in its no way they werent aware but if so I feel like it could have been handled in a faster manner than it did especially once the health complications were noted, but I am grateful that its fixed today User's recommendation: Seems like the company is a good company its just that with a major decision need to be made on a major repair need to done be prepared for along process and hope its not risking any health issues but besides that the property was clean and nice and the customer service is as well its the higher people that make the decisions a process to deal with as forth maintenance.
