Very dissatisfied with this company. Several months ago I purchased a wig from them. I returned the wig , however I noticed that they were billing me monthly. A charge of $14.95 for a platinum plus.

Update by user Apr 27, 2021 I called the company and requested a refund or credit. They acted promptly and a credit was received. Original review posted by user Mar 27, 2021 I have been billed for several months a charge of $14.95 for a membership in their platinum plus plan. I NEVER REQUESTED THIS AND AM NOT INTERESTED IN IT. I HAD TO CALL AND REQUEST A REFUND OF CHARGES AND A CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP. VERY POOR business practice. User's recommendation: Buyer Beware!!!
