Malfunction in our pool heater

We have a Raypak model PR 156A-ep.c It has been working fine until a few days ago when it quit running. The code says with the filter pump running, "Roll out SW open" and with the filter pump off it says, "water sw open" We have tried holding in the arrows for 3 to 5 seconds and we cannot get it to ignite. Our unit is only on its second season in MN. Please give us some guidance. We have turned it off for several hours and nothing works. We look forward to hearing from you and hoping you can help.
