Lack of concern by customer service

I had a denon avrx 6400h reciver and it quit working but it was under warranty so I took it to a repair facility that denon uses it and I couldn't be fixed so they sent replacment after 2 and 1/2 months got home and it would not work I went into protect mode so I had to send it back got 2nd replacement receiver after another month goes by and the front panel door is broken it won't close all the way and it won't open at all I am afraid to send it back because I don't want to wait another month
