notDo no Recently I bought a Coach watch in a Melbourne store. The watch retail price was $750 AUD. After wearing for few days, there were a lot of scratches on the watch surface. This is not acceptable. I have written to Coach customer service and went to the store but all of them said this issue is not covered by the warranty. How could you use such a low quality of material to make watch surface like this? It is so easy to be scratched in daily use conditions. A $750 worth watch should not have this terrible quality. I think it is fair to expect the watch surface to have scratche resistance. Feel free to contact me if you need any photos or more information. User's recommendation: Do not buy Coach watches.
