Continued billing problems

have had billing problems that have never been resolved, after speaking to personnel and told one thing I will get my next bill and it does not reflect what I was told. since 09/2019 I have been a customer of Mediacom they have had my credit card for billing purposes yet on two occasions I was billed for late charges and forced to call and somewhat get this corrected how can these things happen? Every monthly bill that arrives I anticipate an error and I am usually correct, I think it's time to change I am 84 years old and tired of calling and complaining. User's recommendation: seek alternative competitor.
