Paid extra to recieve local stations, now they don’t work, and I have several people who are suppose to be at my house for the Super Bowl tomorrow.

Local tv went blurry and broken-up. Called and tech support couldn't handle the problem, told me it might be 48 hours until someone contacted me. Now I'm screwed, got to call lots of people and let them know my parties off for tomorrow. I thought it was safe to go with media com when other companies were available. At this time I think I'm wrong!!
