Did not receive the test results on timely manner and nobody is responsive

My parents had a flight that required a negative COVID-19 test results within 72 h of flight. So we took the test 55 h before their flight as it was the only option we have. The website says that it takes 1-2 days to receive the results and it is already day 3 and nobody is responsive. They say that the 1-2 day period starts the day after sampling which in no way is mentioned clearly on their website. And when you can they say the only way to check for the results is mychart and we dont even know which lab they have sent your samples too! so what is the purpose of your costumer service line then???? User's recommendation: At this point I have zero recommendation for you :/ you just mess up with peoples time, money and energy.
