I have been holding to talk to Customer Service for nearly an hour.

I am still holding to talk to a Customer Service person. Why are you not talking to me? I have listened to your message go around and around telling me about your fantastic company and service. I am frightened now. How can I believe & trust a company that leaves a customer on the phone for nearly an hour?
