Broken platinum hairstraightener
I purchased my hair straightener from the Royaleusa International outlet store in Orlando, Florida in the 28th Dec 2019. I used it for the 1st time in SA last week Tue 23rd March 2021, and it worked fine and then on my second use the light came on and the plates didn't heat up. I followed the warranty instructions on your website and uploaded a pic of the appliance, a pic of my receipt and I cut the cord off as per the warranty instructions and then was asked to pay USD 89.00, however the receipt I have says to send the appliance back with a payment of USD 29.99. I can't afford to pay USD 89 just to send it back to you and have no guarantee that it will be fixed, adding to which I purchased the straighteners for R 125. Please advise if this is correct? If not please advise the correct procedure to return this product. Regards, Nicole South Africando
