EPSON OR REPAIR SHOPS DONT FIX THEIR PRINTERS

My epson workforce suddenly stopped working. it was great before and out of the one year warranty. I was quite willing to pay a store or Epson to fix it. Epson support was non existent except for one RUDE CLERK. Repair stores REFUSED to fix Epson. I asked repair stores what should I do in the future ? They all said BUY AN HP so I did!!! To heck with EPOANF THEIR RUDE/LOUSY/NON EXISTENT customer service!!! User's recommendation: BuY HP, NOT EPSON.
