Fraud, poor service
An online store xenukai bought a motorbike with order number e00151444 on September 29. Work could not start, apparently the manufacturer's brand. 10/4/2020 The product was returned to the store, asking for a refund or exchange. Refusal, as the store and online store are other incompatible structures, accepted warranty service repairs. Promised to fix or otherwise solve the problem within 15 working days. And then it started, I had called now 5 times, I demand a result. Each time the answer is one - you will be contacted, you will write, wait 1-2 days. Customer Service Phone 67678876. Conclusion from this company's stores do not buy anything that would require warranty repairs, money back. I use the services of online stores on a regular basis, because I live in the countryside and rejoiced when the product is delivered.
