the Red and Yellow cartridges do not print properly. it leave lines when printing red in photos or type. Called Office depot and they say since i didnt call them in 14 days the junk is mine. nothing I can do. called Epson. they run you over and over the same idea for fixing the problem. still cant print correctly. lines still appear. cant print in color since red leaves lines. installed new cartridge. still the same.. User's recommendation: Do not buy epson printers. they suck.
