Failure to send notice of pending addition of interest to the bill

I find it difficult to accept that a finance company would not let the customer know when the total interest for the year would be added to the bill if not paid by a certain date. This is called courtesy, which many credit card companies do for its customers. This is the first time I have been duped in this way. Especially in these difficult times, it is the least one could expect from a company which values its customers. User's recommendation: Be vigilant about this practice of not notifying you when the entire year's interest is due.
