Resolved: Failure to correct issue on item I purchased in November

Update by user May 20, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Service agent was very nice and understood that the wait time was unreasonable. She apologized and arranged to have a new unit shipped to me within 10 business days. They will also provide a shipping label (within 3 days) to return the unit currently in my possession.. Original review posted by user May 20, 2021 Purchased a 3-in-1 Microwave AirFryer oven in Nov 2020. Within 2 wks, the glass turnstile cracked. Contacted Customer Service who indicated a replacement would be shipped. It's now May 2021 - no glass - after many calls for status. My oven is useless. Wasted $$$. User's recommendation: Don't buy it!
