Not working I bought it brand new it never work taking it out of the box on the Fourth of July it never worked I thought a Cuisinart product would be top-of-the-line its not I have very bad feelings about your product the grill that I bought never word I thought I was buying a quality product but I was mistaken I want restitution send me a new product ASAP you can have this one back but you will have to pay for shipping hi dont want to write bad reviews but I will and I will continue to write reviews until I get restitution
