Dissatisfied with Delivery process

I have submitted comments earlier, but will do so again. I am being forced by GE to order from a store more distant from me than 2 stores which are within 5-10 minutes. I use a wheelchair and need to use delivery. I have received partially thawed frozen juice products and recently completely thawed ice cream. In addition, the store Im forced to order from has never stocked many products which were available from the nearby stores. After 2 years, I give up. May another organization will pay attention
