Prescription profile

The profile has been set up and with repeat issues. It is still not resolved. This is fir my mother and I am paying with a credit card in my name. I have been several different ways to set this up. I have tried to no avail. I need someone to set it up for me. There has been repeat issues and I am extremely frustrated with your site
