My Kia Sorrento 2013 has engine knocking noise and Ac is not working properly, it is on the recall as described. I called dealership near me twice they say my Vehicle VIN number is not covered under recall where it is national recall in the USA for 2011 to 2013 models and no VIN are provided, and no reasons provided why my 2013 and plenty of others in US have problem with their Vehicles I am in Atlanta Ga area in US. Some one need to call me urgently and fix my Vehicle if I havent heard from you all I will go on not just social media but new channels in US as my phone 770455**** User's recommendation: Zero.
