I am having the same issue with the spectrum representative suggesting Apple TV. Once it was received and I put it together it wasnt working properly so we made the decision that we were going to return it and speaking with Apple we were told that it could not be with return if spectrum didnt take it. Spectrum has refused to take it because of the shrink wrap being removed. At no time did the spectrum representative Provide us with this information. Hopefully someone will initiate a class action lawsuit I cant spectrum regarding ththis.
