Was called regarding a great service through spectrum for Apple TV. They assured me there was no contract and it could be returned after 14 days if I tried it and didnt like it. Once I received the product it states that the shrink wrap could not be removed or it was not returnable. How do you try something when they wrap it in such a way that it cannot be used without unwrapping it. This is very deceptive advertising steer clear of spectrum and there false advertisements for Apple TV box. Buy through Amazon it is cheaper and they honor there products with integrity unlike spectrum. User's recommendation: Stay away from spectrum and there Apple TV box!
