I just need to send an item back I can not do this on the online system I have had several chats they keep sending me ticket numbers but no further information on how to send the item back for a refund I received the dress two days ago and have been trying to send it back for 2 days? I have since read several reviews abs it seems several people have issues I would like this resolved quickly ! Thank you User's recommendation: Don’t even think about it!
