Management was very rude

On last Friday, I placed an order for two papadias ! Well my order was wrong I called back and the manager on call I think was Brandon he was very rude, so I didn't get it replaced that night! I called back on Sunday and the same thing happened again when he answered the phone! This happened in Greenwood, SC
