I reached out to Noodles Co. Guest Relations this morning because I didn't know how long PC would take to provide an update regarding my situation. I received a response from Noodles Co. this afternoon. They apologized for the system glitch within the app and have added the birthday reward to my account. I was not upset. I was just confused on why I received an email to claim my reward but nothing was loaded in the app. It's all good now. They resolved it efficiently! :)
