My tire popped on the road. I called and scheduled service. I waited for 45 minutes and called back to find out it was cancelled without my knowledge. Then I waited for another 25 minutes to schedule another toll truck that they told me would take another hour. During the time I was waiting, people stopped and helped me change my tire. Horrible system and service. Thank you but no thank you. User's recommendation: Not recommender.
