Not at all happy!

It would be nice if they could get it straight that I DO have a subscription that I paid $65.00 for -13 weeks. I have sent numerous complaints . Have received a few papers, and then not receiving any papers. I do not understand why they cannot get it right! User's recommendation: Make sure they can find your subscription.

》 No response after multiple tries. I was bred and born in Columbus. I have always relied on the Dispatch for answers, for any info I need. Clearly that trust is now a thing of the past.
