I purchased this in December but saved it fir my husbands birthday in April. We absolutely loved this! We both suffer from back and neck pain and this was a life saver! However... it worked until the charge wore out and then it wouldnt recharge again or work at all. I would love to exchange it for another one, as Im hoping it was a fluke that ours didnt work. Please advise! User's recommendation: Not sure as if now.
