I called in to pay off my card balance. When prompted by the automated system I chose to pay off the balance. A month and a half later I received a text to call them. They said I owed $77 in late charges. They said I paid 3 days late and the late fee was assessed after my pay off balance was paid. I did not receive any notification of a late fee until the text. In that time they applied another late fee. fee. fee. Dishonest, I cancelled. They are dishonest and apply fees User's recommendation: Stay away, they are dishonest.
