Needed specific billing statement to get reimbursed for $400 co pay. After 3 weeks,bill was not ready yet. Call in a 2 wks. Then bill 'in the mail' 2 weeks later (3 calls later) they can only request another dpt to send it again. They will not email or overnight. Reimbursement takes 4 weeks from another company but they require the paperwork from CVS now reimburse no next treatment User's recommendation: Speed up the process. it should not take 2 1/2 months to get bill and you should not have to call to request it.
