Production credits
I have received (3) bills from my electric supplier (orange and rockland utilities) for January , February, and March totaling $370. When I disputed the charges with them, they stated that I had run out of credits from Tesla to cover the charges. How can that be Tesla? My production numbers have remained steady and my energy usage has dropped. Why am I paying two electric suppliers (Telsa and orange & rockland) ? When I agreed to install your product on my home, it was with the assurance of your salesperson that I would pay less for my electric service. I request you perform a full audit/investigation of my account to determine the root cause and for your company to take corrective action to ensure that this type of issue never occurs again . Please advise - Thank You
