Have a tesla y. Have experienced poor customer service from the time we took ownership. Ordered a tesla roof almost a year ago. Terrible communication and finally was contacted and told the roof would cost 25% more, would only offset less than 40 percent of my energy use. (Actually told me the first quote which was 17.5 kwH was incorrect and the roof would only give 13.7 kwH), and no guarantee the roof would go up before tax incentives disappeared. They then tried to sell me on solar panels with their company instead. Total bait and switch. Terrible company, even ifbthe products are innovative.dont d User's recommendation: Don't expect good service, communication, or honest dealings with this company.
