Membership canceled without notice

During the covid situation, Gym were closed and membership were on hold. The moment gym were opened by government, Fit 4 Less started charging the monthly fees even without booking a session, which was required by government of Ontario. After stage 3 reopening, my membership was canceled automatically and there was no explanation by customer service and sale representative. I have to get new membership card and spend extra $50 for rejoining.
