I tried numerous times to contact Uber eats and Postmates (the same contact, as they have merged) and I get the same response, which is, there are a few accounts associated with your email and phone number. And then Im asked to send them which email and phone number do I want as my account!!!! I have sent them screenshots of an issue only to receive the same email again from them. Nothing is resolved and I am now having to cancel all orders which were not me dating back for months. User's recommendation: do not store your credit card info in Postmates or Uber Eats or Uber!! Not even Pay Pal is safe. If something happens they will not help to correct your account.
