After a sale I made, offerup has not released my money now for three months. Normally, it would be released after two days as there was no complaint or any issues, but it was not. I sent over 20 emails and they ignore the emails or I get stupid prerecorded robot responses. They over me $230.82 and they are simply not paying it. OfferUp is basically stealing from the sellers and you can never get someone to respond to you or call customer service and talk with a person. What a shame! LetGo was such a great experience. OfferUp sucks. They are the worst! Stay away as a seller as they will steal your money. THEY ARE THFIE User's recommendation: stay away as a seller as OFFERUP will steal your money, YES the COMPANY.
